Terms & Conditions – MEDACE VIZAG 2026
By registering for the MedAce Vizag 2026 Doctor’s Tennis Tournament, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Eligibility
- Participation is strictly restricted to registered medical practitioners.
2. Registration
- Registrations are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Entry is confirmed only after successful payment.
3. Event Rules
- All players must abide by tournament rules and umpire decisions.
- Players must report to the match venue 15 minutes before their scheduled match.
4. Liability
Participants are responsible for their own health and safety. The organizers are not liable for injuries, loss, or damage.
5. Changes to Event
The organizers reserve the right to modify match schedules or event format due to weather or unavoidable conditions.
