Refund Policy – MEDACE VIZAG 2026

We value your participation in the MEDACE VIZAG 2026 Doctor’s Tennis Tournament. Please read our refund policy carefully before completing your registration.

1. No Refund After Successful Registration

All registration fees are non-refundable once payment is completed. This applies regardless of personal schedule conflicts, injuries, or inability to attend.

2. Event Cancellation by Organizers

If the event is cancelled due to extreme weather, government restrictions, or unavoidable circumstances, the organizers may provide:

A partial refund, or Full refund

3. Player Withdrawal

No refunds for voluntary withdrawal by the player.
No carry-forward of registration fees to another player or year.

4. Weather or Match Rescheduling

Matches may be rescheduled due to weather or operational needs. No refunds will be provided for delays or rescheduling.

5. Disqualification

No refund will be issued if a player is disqualified due to violation of tournament rules or misconduct.

6. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs, the participant must contact the organizers with proof. After verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7–10 working days.
